Every article purchased in the CHRISTEN Online Store can be returned. For returns within the EU a return label is provided in this envelope, for international returns costumers will be charged the return shipping cost. We thank you for your comprehension. we are working on offering free international shipping in the near future. Please note that CHRISTEN cannot refund taxes and duties for returns. Customers can request the refund for taxes and duties through their local tax office by providing a copy of the import and export declarations.

All items must be returned within 30 days, only items purchased during the holiday period starting from November 20th can be returned up until January 6th.

First layer items such as swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. They must be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as the CHRISTEN packaging is considered part of the product, made with great care and meant to be kept. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles cannot be accepted as a return. We thank you for your comprehension.

Only the black protective envelope of the shoe box can be thrown away and recycled. All other items which are inside the shoe box must stay in the shoe box for the return.

All items have to be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please make sure to include all items, boxes and dust bags with your return.

One prepaid label is provided for each order. Therefore, all goods must be returned in the same parcel. When returning items that arrived in separate parcels, please carefully pack them into their original packaging and kindly use the individual labels for each parcel.

We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to France must be returned from France. Otherwise, the return is not free of charge and you have to contact returns(AT)christen.com
