Shipping & Refunds

You can return your order within 15 days of delivery. Orders placed during the holiday period, from November 20th, can be returned until January 6th.

Shoes must be unworn, unmarked, and returned in their original box — try them on indoors on a carpeted surface until you're sure you're keeping them. All items must have their original labels and tags attached, and be returned with all boxes and dust bags included. Damaged, stained, worn, or altered items cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Returns within the EU come with a free prepaid label included in your parcel; for international returns, contact us and we'll provide one. Note that one label covers one parcel — if your order arrived in multiple parcels, please use the individual label for each one. Returns can only be accepted from the country your order was originally shipped to (for example, an order delivered to France must be returned from France); for any other case, please contact us first.

Please note that we cannot refund taxes or duties — these can be claimed through your local tax office.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
